Upon first coming into the restaurant, the ordering area looks very much like that of a fast-food place, but past that area I was surprised to see a bar area. The bar is full service, while table seating means you have to order at the front.
There are TVs all around the restaurant, and the night I was there was the same night as a Pacers playoff game. It was awesome to enjoy watching the game here without the usual sports bar crowds.
As far as the food, everything was stellar! We ordered the Flamme Burger, the Goliath Burger, Truffle Parmesan Fries with 3 dipping sauces and a half salad. My order was for the Flamme Burger and Truffle Fries, and they were both excellent! I ordered the garlic aioli, Diablo sauce tzatziki sauce for the fries — of all of them, I enjoyed the spiciness of the Diablo sauce and would order again.
I did make a little bit of a mistake ordering the Flamme Burger — the taste of the meat itself was an excellent fresh grilled flavor and the toppings complemented it perfectly, but the jalapeños made it a little too hot for my liking. The level of heat was perfect once I took off half of them, so not a huge deal.
Another thing I liked about this place is the wine carafes! Only $8 for a carafe of decent Pinot Grigio — a glass was $5, so if you think you’ll want more than one glass, go ahead and get the carafe! Service at the bar was stellar as well.
I’m happy I finally got to try Flamme Burger and will definitely be back when I’m in the mood for a good burger! Since I’ve written this post, they’ve moved from their Fishers location to one near Keystone, which is a little farther away, but hopefully still just as good!
